Sunne ships throughout Europe, with free shipping. If you order accessories, a small fee is added, depending on shipping costs to your country (between €5 and €20).
For non-EU countries (for example Switzerland and UK), import charges may be added by your local customs and charged to you upon delivery. Unfortunately, this is out of our control.
For certain countries, we can offer an upgrade to Express Shipping. If available, you can select this option during checkout. If the option doesn’t appear and you want your Sunne faster, you can always email us at email@example.com and we will see what we can do!
Shipping outside of Europe
At this moment, we do not yet ship outside of Europe. Are you living elsewhere and wish to order Sunne? Fill in this form so we put you on the Overseas Priority List.
Warranty and Returns
Sunne is made to order, especially for you. We aim to ship between 4 and 8 weeks after ordering. We offer a two year warranty, in addition to unlimited customer support. Our support articles and FAQ provide helpful information, and our customer care team can personally assist you with any further questions. Sunne was designed to be repairable, so we can replace components in the case of a defect, and will work together to ensure you have the best Sunne experience.
